Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and vdtk1 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the vdtk1 website at https://vdtk1.io, including all betting, casino gaming, and related services offered thereon.

By accessing the vdtk1 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them unconditionally.
• You are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities.
• All information you provide to vdtk1 is accurate, truthful, and current.
• You understand that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you participate entirely of your own free will.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the vdtk1 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. vdtk1 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. Age verification may be requested at any time, and accounts of users who cannot verify their age will be suspended immediately.

• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the vdtk1 platform. Duplicate accounts will be terminated, and any balances or pending winnings associated with secondary accounts may be forfeited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion period on vdtk1 or any other gambling platform.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, directors, agents, and immediate family members of vdtk1 or its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in betting and gaming activities on the platform.

Account Registration

To access the full range of vdtk1 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings — you are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

vdtk1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gambling and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit supporting documentation including a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership.

vdtk1 reserves the right to restrict withdrawals and certain account functions until satisfactory KYC documentation has been provided and verified. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your vdtk1 account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You must notify vdtk1 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. vdtk1 shall not be liable for losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must keep your account information up to date at all times. If you change your name, address, payment method, or contact details, you must update your account accordingly. Providing false or misleading information at any stage constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vdtk1 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). vdtk1 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your vdtk1 account instantly, subject to the processing times of the respective payment provider.
• vdtk1 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may experience delays.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible, in order to prevent money laundering.
• vdtk1 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the destination payment provider.
• vdtk1 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests of unusually large amounts or where fraud is suspected, without prior notice.

4.3 Currency & Exchange

All balances, bets, and payouts are displayed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). vdtk1 does not facilitate currency conversion. Players are responsible for any currency-related fees imposed by their bank or payment provider where applicable.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on vdtk1 is subject to specific product rules which are published on the relevant pages of the platform (cricket betting rules, live casino rules, slots rules, esports betting rules). These product-specific rules are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

5.1 Placing Bets

A bet is considered accepted and binding only once a confirmation message is displayed on your screen and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account balance. It is your responsibility to ensure that bet details (selection, stake, market) are correct before confirming. vdtk1 is not obliged to accept or cancel a bet placed in error by the user.

5.2 Void Bets

vdtk1 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: events cancelled or abandoned before the minimum completion threshold; obvious pricing errors; technical malfunctions that affect bet placement or result settlement; evidence of match-fixing or manipulation of the event on which the bet was placed.

5.3 Winnings Settlement

Winnings from successfully settled bets or casino games will be credited to your vdtk1 account balance promptly following settlement. Winnings arising from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable promotion before they may be withdrawn.

5.4 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or game round, vdtk1 reserves the right to declare the round void and return the relevant stake to the player's account. No winnings will be paid in respect of a round that has been voided due to a technical error.

Bonuses & Promotions

vdtk1 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotions to eligible players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to individual terms, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. Players are responsible for reading and understanding promotion-specific terms before opting in.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded to a player's account must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement means that the bonus amount must be wagered in full 20 times across eligible games before withdrawal eligibility is met.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (bonus hunting or scalping).
• Using a bonus in a manner inconsistent with its stated purpose or the spirit of the promotion.
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

6.3 Expiry

Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Responsible Gaming

vdtk1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all users of the platform. We provide a suite of self-management tools designed to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit can be decreased immediately but may only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of their account.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic on-screen reminders showing the duration of their current session and net wagering activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling has become problematic may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the vdtk1 platform. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vdtk1 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or while using the platform.
• Attempting to access the platform while under the age of 21 or from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming activities.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to vdtk1 immediately at [email protected].
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other form of sports manipulation.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any other criminal or fraudulent financial purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vdtk1 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Sharing your account with or allowing any third party to access or use your vdtk1 account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the vdtk1 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of vdtk1 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the vdtk1 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, duplication, copying, selling, or exploitation of any portion of the platform for commercial purposes without express written consent from vdtk1.
• Modification, adaptation, or creation of derivative works based on platform content.
• Framing or mirroring any part of the platform on any other website or application.
• Use of any data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering tools on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vdtk1 and its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the vdtk1 platform or any of its services.
• Any errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in the operation of the platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity conducted through the platform.
• Technical failures of third-party payment providers, game software suppliers, or network infrastructure.

vdtk1 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The platform and all content and services provided therein are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

Privacy & Data

vdtk1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at https://vdtk1.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vdtk1 uses your personal data for purposes including account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring, and service communications. vdtk1 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

vdtk1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vdtk1 will notify registered users via the email address on their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the vdtk1 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and vdtk1 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents vdtk1 from seeking urgent injunctive relief through a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

For betting disputes specifically, vdtk1's decision on the settlement of all bets shall be final unless a clear and demonstrable error has been made. Disputes relating to bet settlement must be submitted within 7 days of the relevant event result being confirmed.
